Hainan Wenchang Minhui Photovoltaic Power Station
Wenchang Minhui 35MW Fishery Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station. Located in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, it is currently the largest photovoltaic project in Hainan Province. Construction began in 2017, with investment from Wenchang Minhui Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. and engineering design and construction undertaken by China Power Construction Hainan Electric Power Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. On June 21, 2018, the grid connected power generation was officially put into operation. In August 2019, Liaoning Anyu Energy Group Co., Ltd. invested 250 million yuan to fully acquire it. Since the grid connected power generation, the economic benefits have been considerable. The auxiliary projects of the power station include: an investment of 5 million yuan to cultivate Australian crayfish; Invest 6 million yuan in agricultural planting projects, mainly introducing the cultivation of various precious varieties of fruits such as Northeast high-quality varieties of strawberries and fruit tomatoes, as well as other agricultural planting and ecotourism projects.
